Withdrawal / Digital service

Consumers may have a right of withdrawal under applicable law. PhotoUpgrade Studio provides digital services and non-physical digital content.

The digital service may begin immediately after payment. For non-physical digital content or services, the right of withdrawal may expire where the customer expressly agrees to the immediate start and confirms awareness of the possible loss of the right of withdrawal in the cases provided by law.
